As per the official notification released on 15 October 2025, Railway Recruitment Boards have announced 8,868 vacancies for Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) posts under CEN 03/2025.

- **Graduate Level Posts**: 4,100 (approx)
- **Undergrad Level Posts**: 4,768 (approx)
- **Graduate Level Posts**: Pay Level 5, 6 (Rs. 29,200 – Rs. 35,400 per month + allowances)
- **Undergrad Level Posts**: Pay Level 3, 4 (Rs. 21,700 – Rs. 25,500 per month + allowances)
- **Graduate Level**: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University
- **Undergrad Level**: 12th Pass (10+2) from a recognized Board
- **Age Limit**: 18-33 years (relaxation as per Railway rules)
1. **CBT-1 (First Stage)** — 100 marks, 90 minutes, negative marking (1/3)
2. **CBT-2 (Second Stage)** — 120 marks, 90 minutes
3. **Typing Skill Test** — for certain posts (30 WPM English / 25 WPM Hindi)
4. **CBAT (Computer Based Aptitude Test)** — for Station Master/Traffic Assistant

3. Register with valid email and mobile number
4. Fill application form with personal and educational details
5. Upload photograph (3.5 x 4.5 cm) and signature
6. Pay application fee online
7. Submit and save the printout
- Focus on Quant — it carries maximum weightage across both CBTs
- Practice previous years' RRB NTPC papers
- Current affairs of last 6 months are important for GA section
- Railway-specific GK (history, zones, recent projects) is frequently asked
